Xenna is a herbal laxative medicine. It also has a carminative effect. The anthranoid glycosides contained in senna leaves and pods stimulate the peristalsis of the large intestine, which facilitates the movement of the fecal masses. In addition, Xenna softens the stool by increasing the secretion of mucus while inhibiting the reabsorption of water from the intestinal lumen - this is especially important in hemorrhoidal ailments. The laxative effect occurs after 6-12 hours. from the moment of administration of the preparation.

Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Dosage before diagnostic procedures in the abdominal cavity is determined by the doctor.
